I have spent the past handful of years as the Sales & Marketing Director, building a luxury home building brand for a small builder. Today, I start my next project. The brand is me. I am looking to seek work in which I can be my own leader, to see how far I will go. To build a brand that empowers businesses to be better, by optimizing sales methodology and social media to help build their own brands. According to the CliftonStrengths assessment, I am an Activator and I am about to activate my life. To build my own personal brand.
IT'S TIME TO ACTIVATE

To build your own brand, you need to have an understanding of the product that you will be selling. So, who am I as a commodity?
If I would have read the descriptions of my strengths, months back when I received the book, I don’t think It would have meant nearly as much as it does to me today. Today I am in a different place. Today I am at a crossroad.
So today, I’ll activate. I’ll use my communication skills and I will woo (win others over) in my network. I’ll put out positivity about products and in exchange, I’ll learn about you or your brand. According to Strengthsfinder 2.0 from Gallup and Tom Rath, those are my top five strengths.

My name is Amy Alexander. I am a real estate enthusiast, who specializes in New Home Sales. I have a positivity for awesome brands and when I find a brand or product I love, I want everyone I know to know about it, even if it does not benefit me directly. I have recently been bit by the speaking bug and hope that in a post-Covid world I can engage a live audience about topics I am passionate about.
