I had the pleasure of being joined by workflow expert, Ronna Belinky for the 3nd installment of SHE.E.O. Wednesday. Ronna shared valuable insights on how creating workflow processes can provide immense value for business owners. Ronna, made a strong case for midlife female entrepreneurs to invest in professional processes for their business.

- Create efficient processes once that you can reuse, instead of reinventing the wheel each time.
- For recurring projects, just change the date and your task list auto-calculates.
- Help you work smarter, not harder by planning ahead to save time later. Focus energy on your most important goals instead of constant planning.
- Bring structure and pacing so you know what tasks need to be done today vs later. This reduces the stress of feeling everything is urgent.
- Streamline communication if you have a team by limiting back-and-forth emails. Everyone can see task status in the shared workflow.
As a small business owner, we often overlook those tasks that are repeatable. SHE.E.O is a perfect example! Ronna and I could create a workflow for the steps needed to produce this segment each month. Starting from securing a guest to writing this blog post and everything in between.
